Hannah Armstrong and Harry Pye were asked to do something to a mannequin for Oxfam. Various artists and musicians are involved including Vic Reeves, Grayson Perry, and Scott King. The results were displayed as part of the art content of the new Vintage festival, which took place on the lovely Goodwood estate in West Sussex from 13th-15th August. The festival celebrated British creativity, taking inspiration from the Festival of Britain, and the decades 1940-1989, but also very much looks forward, through Future Vintage, to the golden years yet to come!
"The Jesus in Blue Jeans" mannequin by Armstrong & Pye will be auctioned off to raise more money for Oxfam. (More info to follow)
