Neil Innes: I Love You sung by Joe Kane

In October 1996 The Rutles released their second album, Archaeology. Track 11 is a Neil Innes song called "I Love You" which sounds a little bit like two Lennon/McCartney songs "And I Love Her" and "It's Only Love." Joe Kane, who had the pleasure of backing Neil in a few shows in Liverpool, has recorded a cover version as part of the ongoing "Songs of Innespiration" project. Harry Pye is gathering artists willing to draw Neil . The artworks will appear in the You Tube video for Joe's tribute.
